Raising Golden Retrievers
From birth, our puppies are nurtured in a loving, home environment where they are gently introduced to the sights, sounds, and sensations of daily family life. They are raised around children and are handled regularly to ensure they develop strong, positive social skills from the very beginning. We use early neurological stimulation and sensory exposure to help build confident, well-adjusted puppies who are prepared for life in a variety of homes and situations.
Our Golden Retrievers are beloved members of our family, and we raise each litter with the same love and attention we would give our own pets. We believe that ethical breeding practices, combined with a nurturing start, help create puppies that grow into loyal, gentle, and intelligent companions.
Responsible Breeding
Being a responsible breeder means prioritizing the health and well-being of both the animals and their future owners. Limiting breeding to only one to two litters per year or even every other year, allows breeders to focus on the proper care, socialization, and placement of each puppy, ensuring they go to loving, well-prepared homes.
As responsible breeders, our goal is to uphold the highest standards of care, temperament, and health. We are committed to the long-term well-being of our dogs, which is why we carefully select breeding pairs based not only on health clearances and conformation, but also on temperament and personality.
Responsible breeding isn’t about quantity; it’s about quality, compassion, and long-term commitment to the breed’s health and temperament.

Golden Retriever Standard
RETRIEVER (GOLDEN) RECOGNIZED: 1927
The breed standard outlines the ideal characteristics, temperament and appearance of a breed, and ensures that a dog can carry out its original purpose. Breeders and judges should be mindful to prioritize dogs that are healthy and sound in both mind and body.
GENERAL APPEARANCE A symmetrical, powerful, active dog, sound and well put together, not clumsy or long in the leg, displaying a kindly expression and possessing a personality that is eager, alert, and self-confident. Primarily a hunting dog, he should be shown in hard working condition. Overall appearance, balance, gait and purpose to be given more emphasis than any of his component parts.
TEMPERAMENT Friendly, reliable, trustworthy. Hostlity or aggressiveness towards other dogs or people, undue timidity or nervousness in normal situations is not in keeping with the character of the Golden Retriever. Dogs displaying poor temperament should be excused from the ring.
